In Conversation with Fatih Akin

Leading German filmmaker Fatih Akin won the Golden Bear in 2004 at the Berlin Film Festival for his cross-cultural twisted romantic thriller Head-On. In his first UK appearance since his latest film In The Fade won the Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Film, Akin will talk about the controversy surrounding his latest work, his eclectic body of work that is a heady mix of comedies, thrillers and music documentaries, all while being the leading cinematic voice on cultural assimilation.
~Kaleem Aftab

With the support of the Goethe-Institut.

In The Fade will have its London Premiere on Saturday 14 April. More info here.
