The trick to improv? What you’ve got is already enough. (Funny, interesting and confident people are also welcome but you have come warts and all.)

IMPROV COMEDY SHOW — DINNER & A MOVIE WITH GENRE CLAUDE VAN DAMME

With the explosion of casual dating apps such as Tinder, Grindr, and Cuddlr it’s never been easier to have a terrible date, which is the perfect fodder for the comedy show “Dinner and a Movie” hosted by improv comedy team Genre Claude Van Damme. Members of the audience will share their best worst dating stories, which the improvisers then use as inspiration for their sketches. It’s a combination of comedy and catharsis.
In the second half of the show, Genre Claude Van Damme improvise a full movie live on stage—complete with dramatic camera angles, tense editing,high flying action sequences and tender denouements.
