"The East End of London is the typical planet earth place... It's like a little picture of the general world's state."

East End Film Festival (EEFF) submission guidelines
and procedures 2011
Submission eligibility summary
The East End Film Festival accepts all UK and International fictional, documentary, music, animation and experimental films of short or feature length.
All submissions must have been completed after January 2011. Feature submissions must not have previously been released in the UK on any format.
This year, the festival has introduced a Submission fee. This was not an easy decision to make but sadly without a submission fee, the festival would not be able to administrate and exhibit the level of submissions we receive. We have however endeavoured to keep the costs as low as possible and in addition to that will offer FREE submission to residents of Tower Hamlets. Proof of address will be required. Please see guidelines and procedures for further information.
Please note that all shipping and postage costs to and from the festival must be borne by the submitting party, including those for the submission package and, if the film is selected, for all prints, tapes and additional materials sent to and returned from EEFF. EEFF will not accept COD shipments and will not absorb any fees incurred in British customs. Films can be delivered and collected by hand from the festival office by arrangement.
