EEFF Announces Free Pass For Tower Hamlets Filmmakers!

The East End Film Festival Offers Professional Development Opportunities for 15 Tower Hamlets Filmmakers.

The East End Film Festival (EEFF) is offering the opportunity for 15 Tower Hamlets filmmakers to participate in an exciting professional development scheme: The Tower Hamlets Pass.   The EEFF will take place from 11th- 29th April at East End cinema venues, with the Tower Hamlets Pass access to start on Wednesday 18 April.

Benefits of the pass will include free access to the EEFF Discovery Strand at the Rich Mix, which includes 20 films by first and second-time directors. Participants will also receive admittance to the EEFF programme of Industry Events, which include panels, a funding masterclass and the Discovery Networking Drinks.

To be eligible, participants will need to have been involved in the making of at least one short film, with continued interest in a career in the industry. Participants meeting these criteria will be accepted on a first-come, first- serve basis.  To apply, please email, with TOWER HAMLETS PASS + YOUR NAME in the subject and the following information:

1) a 30-word bio of your film experience
2) proof of Tower Hamlets residency [e.g., a copy of:  A) a utility bill (e.g. gas, electricity, water, telephone), B) bank/building society statement or C) Council tax bill, D). pay slip, E). proof of enrolment on Tower Hamlets full-time course, or F) valid college/university student card (Proof must be
dated within 6 months April 2018.)]
3) a link to one of your films.
