What does East London mean to you?

Hey filmmakers!

We are advertising students at UEL and we have partnered up with EEFF for the opportunity to get involved in the community (and because the name sounds cool). As EEFF celebrates cinema, community, and the arts of London’s East End, we have organised a chance for you to appear on the big screen.

All you need to do is to upload a 10 second clip on Instagram with the hashtag #LUVEAST showing us what the East End means to you. Is it jellied Eels, samosa’s or graffiti? Or is it something more personal – Sunday roast with the family, your football scarf, or the view over City Airport? From Spitalfields to the Docklands, from animation to live-action, we want to want to see a cocktail of emotions, locations and people that makeup your East End. Once we have received all your shorts, we will incorporate them into a promotional video for EEFF. The best entry will also win an all-inclusive VIP night out for you and two friends. Why not get involved and show us your skills?
VIDEOS MUST: Include the #LUVEAST hashtag – be 10 seconds – be landscape.
DEADLINE: 6pm March 11th 2018.
